Thank you for shopping at TabTabs™. We take pride in the quality and effectiveness of our products. However, we understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. Below is our policy regarding returns and refunds:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mytabtabs.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back to us.
  • Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the return approval and shipping label.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@mytabtabs.com.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
